PRODUCTS
Ramlord Apparels Ltd offers a wide range in basics, formals, casuals and fashions garments that reflect the very latest trends, Apart from this we can make any garment such as cargos, bermudas, jackets, shorts etc., as per customer’s individual requirements.
DENIMS :
From the authentic five pocket jeans to fashionable denims which include slim, regular, comfort, loose, easy, out fit, cargos alongwith the washes like sandblasting, enzyme wash, mud wash bakk blast, scrapping, spary, wrinkle crush tucking, printing, softner wash & loads of other washes.
TROUSERS :
We have varied collection of fabrics such as peach, micro sanded, wrinkle free finished. Apart from top quality we focus on different style like 5 pkt. Cross pkt. flat fronts, cargos & much more.
SHIRTS :
Our shirts are clear reflection of style & attitude, We work on 100% cotton and blends of polysters/ viscose, polyster/ vicose/ cotton in plain multi coloured, pastel, floral, bright stripes, checks & prints that exclude a vibrant demeanor.
Apart from these we also make fashionable cargos, jackets, shorts, burmudas, we also make garments for ladies/ kids as per the customer requirements.
Fabric Network
We have strong fabric sourcing chain working under our sister concern company Ramlord Fabrics sourcing the material for in house as well as for other merchandise exports from india. From experience supplier chain & customer feedback .we could devlope veriegated & wide range of plain & embellished fabrics.
We deal on regular basis in different count/ constructions & blends of cotton polyster, viscose. Apart from this we even deal in polynosic, rayon nylon, acrylic, tencel, spandex, lurex etc fabric as per demand. We are majority dealing in different Denim verieties, poplin, satin, gabardine, cord, twill-regular & irregular, cord & basic plain weave varieties.

MERCHANDISING TEAM :

We have separate sampling unit complete with designers masters etc to develop and to make the sample of latest trends. Our sampling section is capable section is capable of developing garments as per your styles, colours & specifications.

Qualified professional well versed with latest garment manufacturing techniques adhering to international standard.
TESTING LAB :
Testing with respect to chemical, dyes, colour matching and development is carried out in reputed testing labs like. SGS, ITS, TEXAN, CMAI.
QUALITY CONTROL :
We have in house manufacturing, washing & finishing facility due ti which we have consistency in our quality checking is carried out at every stage of the production. This is right from layering cutting, stiching on line, finishing
& final inspection of packed goods which is carried by international quality control department ensuring that the final garment that reaches our buyer is of the highest standard.
